 Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to national high volume on LTL loads, expect an additional 2 week shipping lead time on all palletized orders, including Drum Smokers.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout at which point you may choose between the options presented. All Ground services are estimated, and no delivery date is guaranteed. Due to high fuel prices, a regional fuel surcharge may be added to your shipping charge at checkout, including Drum Smokers.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer limited international shipping to Canada. If you live outside of the United States, please email orders@gatewaydrumsmokers.com so we can help get you in touch with a dealer in your country.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gateway BBQ Store, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
