Pace 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan on the smoker to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back on the smoker to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop seasoning in each cup.
Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.
Add sour cream, bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
Serve and enjoy!
