St. Louis Style BBQ Pork Steaks



  1. Fire up your drum to 400℉.
  2. Coat your pork steaks in a light dusting of Pork Marinade and Sweet & Savory seasoning.
  3. Sear steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side. While searing, baste your steaks with your favorite cola product.
  4. After your steaks have beautiful grill marks, cool drum to 275-300℉ and lather steaks with Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce. Let your pork steaks finish cooking for another 10-15 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 155℉ and sauce is tacky. 
  5. Remove from heat, rest, and enjoy!
