Sizzlin' AF Hamburger



  1. Preheat smoker to 300℉.
  2. Shape ground beef into 4 large, round patties.
  3. Generously season patties with Bold & Beefy seasoning and place over direct heat.
  4. Let burgers cook, and flip over. Add additional Bold & Beefy to the other side for boosted flavor. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Remove from smoker and coat in Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce. Place back on smoker until sauce is tacky.
  6. Remove from smoker and place on bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite burger toppings!
