- 3 Cups of Corn Chex
- 3 Cups Whole Wheat Chex
- 2 Cups Cheez-its
- 1 Cup Pretzels
- 1 Cup pecans
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Blues Hog Sweet & Savory
First, melt down all of the wet ingredients and your Blues Hog Sweet & Savory seasoning in a small bowl.
Combine with all the dry ingredients in a larger bowl, stir till coated evenly. Pour into a foil pan and coat again with the Sweet & Savory Seasoning .
Set on top rack of you Gateway Drum Smoker and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from drum when golden brown and toasty and enjoy!
