Bold & Beefy Grilled Tomahawk Ribeye



  1. Fire up your drum to 400℉ (for sear).
  2. Spray Tomahawk with Duck Fat Spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Season generously with Bold & Beefy Seasoning.
  4. Place on drum to sear for 3-4 minutes, flip and repeat on other side.
  5. Remove tomahawk from sear and cool drum to 300℉.
  6. Place a stick of butter, garlic cloves, olive oil, and 1 tbsp. of Bold & Beefy rub in an aluminum pan over heat and melt. Stir to combine.
  7. Place tomahawk on drum and use a brush to baste it with mixture from the aluminum pan, generously coating until internal temperature reaches 125-135℉ for medium rare, 145℉ for medium rare, or well done at 160℉.
  8. Once the steak reaches desired temperature, remove from smoker and place under a tented sheet of aluminum foil to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
