Spray Tomahawk with Duck Fat Spray or brush with olive oil.
Season generously with Bold & Beefy Seasoning.
Place on drum to sear for 3-4 minutes, flip and repeat on other side.
Remove tomahawk from sear and cool drum to 300℉.
Place a stick of butter, garlic cloves, olive oil, and 1 tbsp. of Bold & Beefy rub in an aluminum pan over heat and melt. Stir to combine.
Place tomahawk on drum and use a brush to baste it with mixture from the aluminum pan, generously coating until internal temperature reaches 125-135℉ for medium rare, 145℉ for medium rare, or well done at 160℉.
Once the steak reaches desired temperature, remove from smoker and place under a tented sheet of aluminum foil to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
