Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 lb. Bacon (We choose
Marble Ridge Farms!
)
2 tbsp.
Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
1 Bunch Asparagus
1 Lemon
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions:
Preheat smoker to 250℉.
Prepare the asparagus by cutting off the woody bottoms at the same length.
Mix together olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, and Bold & Beefy Seasoning in a bowl.
Toss asparagus into mixture and fully coat each stalk.
Wrap about 3-4 stalks in a slice of bacon, using a toothpick to hold the wrap together.
Transfer each wrap to smoker and cook until bacon is crispy.
Season to taste with more Bold & Beefy and serve!
