Bacon Wrapped Asparagus



  1. Preheat smoker to 250℉.
  2. Prepare the asparagus by cutting off the woody bottoms at the same length.
  3. Mix together olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, and Bold & Beefy Seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Toss asparagus into mixture and fully coat each stalk.
  5. Wrap about 3-4 stalks in a slice of bacon, using a toothpick to hold the wrap together.
  6. Transfer each wrap to smoker and cook until bacon is crispy.
  7. Season to taste with more Bold & Beefy and serve!
