Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Bacon (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)
- 2 tbsp. Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat smoker to 250℉.
- Prepare the asparagus by cutting off the woody bottoms at the same length.
- Mix together olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, and Bold & Beefy Seasoning in a bowl.
- Toss asparagus into mixture and fully coat each stalk.
- Wrap about 3-4 stalks in a slice of bacon, using a toothpick to hold the wrap together.
- Transfer each wrap to smoker and cook until bacon is crispy.
- Season to taste with more Bold & Beefy and serve!
