This crunchy snack with a hint of Blues Hog Truffle & Chop is the perfect appetizer for your game day spread.
Ingredients

½ lb. Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled (We choose Blues Hog Sizzle!)

¾ cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

½ cup Sour Cream
-
2 Green Onions, Sliced

Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning

16oz Frozen Tater Tots
Directions
Preheat your Gateway Drum to 300℉.
Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
Place 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan on the Gateway to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back on the Gateway to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop Seasoning in each cup.
Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.
Add sour cream, Sizzle Bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
Serve and enjoy!
