This crunchy snack with a hint of Blues Hog Truffle & Chop is the perfect appetizer for your game day spread.
Ingredients
- 
½ lb. Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled (We choose Blues Hog Sizzle!) 
- 
¾ cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 
- 
½ cup Sour Cream 
- 
2 Green Onions, Sliced 
- 
                
Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning 
- 
16oz Frozen Tater Tots 
Directions
- Preheat your Gateway Drum to 300℉. 
- Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. 
- Place 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan on the Gateway to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. 
- Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back on the Gateway to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy. 
- Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop Seasoning in each cup. 
- Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool. 
- Add sour cream, Sizzle Bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
