Ingredients

1 box Rotini Pasta

2 7oz Feta Cheese Blocks

2 10oz Cherry Tomato Packages

4 Cloves of Garlic

¼ cup Olive Oil
-
2 tbsp. Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning

1 tbsp. Herbs of Choice
-
2 cups Spinach
-
Blues Hog Premium Natural Lump Charcoal
Directions
Heat up your Gateway Drum to 300ºF with Lump Charcoal.
Cook the pasta according to the box instructions and set aside.
Place the two blocks of feta on top of each other in the center of a foil pan and surround it with the cherry tomatoes and garlic.
Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle with Bold & Beefy Seasoning, then add any herbs.
Place the pan in the Gateway for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and cheese begins to brown on edges.
Remove the pan and stir to squash the tomatoes and break up the feta.
Fold pasta and spinach into the feta mixture, cover with foil to let rest for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
