Ingredients
- 
1 box Rotini Pasta 
- 
2 7oz Feta Cheese Blocks 
- 
2 10oz Cherry Tomato Packages 
- 
4 Cloves of Garlic 
- 
¼ cup Olive Oil 
- 
                
2 tbsp. Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning 
- 
1 tbsp. Herbs of Choice 
- 
2 cups Spinach 
- 
                
Blues Hog Premium Natural Lump Charcoal 
Directions
- Heat up your Gateway Drum to 300ºF with Lump Charcoal. 
- Cook the pasta according to the box instructions and set aside. 
- Place the two blocks of feta on top of each other in the center of a foil pan and surround it with the cherry tomatoes and garlic. 
- Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle with Bold & Beefy Seasoning, then add any herbs. 
- Place the pan in the Gateway for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and cheese begins to brown on edges. 
- Remove the pan and stir to squash the tomatoes and break up the feta.
