Smoked Cream Cheese
Gateway Drum Smokers
A smooth, rich cream cheese dip with a pop of Blues Hog goodness, smoked right on the Gateway.
Preheat the Gateway Drum to 200º-225ºF with some Lump Charcoal.
Combine the blocks of cream cheese and form into a 6 in. cake or alternative shape.
Place cream cheese on non-stick foil square (so it can be moved around) and transfer to a cast iron skillet.
Coat the cream cheese with Sweet & Savory Seasoning.
Score the top of the block 1/4 in. down in a criss cross pattern to make even wedges.
Transfer to smoker and let cook for approximately 2 hours or until the outside reaches the desired color.
