Ingredients

3 Bone-In Pork Chops (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)

2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Melted

Blues Hog All In Seasoning

Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning

2 sticks Unsalted Butter

2 cups Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce

8oz Sun Drop (or substitute with Beer)

½ cup Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning

Mix 2 sticks unsalted butter, Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce, Sun Drop (or Beer), and Truffle & Chop Seasoning over low heat until melted. Stir to combine, and set aside.
Pork Chops:
Fire up your Gateway Drum to 425ºF (for sear).
Season both sides of the pork chops generously with Truffle & Chop, followed by a light layer of All In Seasoning. Let the seasonings sit for 20 minutes.
Place your pork chops on the Gateway for a quick sear (about 3-4 minutes), flip and repeat on the other side.
Cool your Gateway down to 300ºF.
Dip pork chops into baste and place back on heat, repeating for flavor, until the internal temperature reaches 135℉.
Remove from heat and let rest. Serve with some Peach Salsa and enjoy!
