Kick off your summer with this delicious pork chop recipe, perfect for the poolside!
Ingredients
- 
3 Bone-In Pork Chops (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!) 
- 
2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Melted 
- 
                
Blues Hog All In Seasoning 
- 
                
Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning 
- 
2 sticks Unsalted Butter 
- 
                
2 cups Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce 
- 
8oz Sun Drop (or substitute with Beer) 
- 
                
½ cup Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning

- Mix 2 sticks unsalted butter, Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce, Sun Drop (or Beer), and Truffle & Chop Seasoning over low heat until melted. Stir to combine, and set aside. 
Pork Chops:
- Fire up your Gateway Drum to 425ºF (for sear). 
- Season both sides of the pork chops generously with Truffle & Chop, followed by a light layer of All In Seasoning. Let the seasonings sit for 20 minutes. 
- Place your pork chops on the Gateway for a quick sear (about 3-4 minutes), flip and repeat on the other side. 
- Cool your Gateway down to 300ºF. 
- Dip pork chops into baste and place back on heat, repeating for flavor, until the internal temperature reaches 135℉.
