Pack your poultry with even more flavor with Blues Hog's NEWEST marinade...Rise & Brine!
Ingredients
- 
2 Whole Chickens 
- 
                
½ cup Blues Hog Rise & Brine Marinade 
- 
2 cups Water 
- 
                
Blues Hog Cajun Bayou Seasoning 
- 
                
Blues Hog All In Seasoning 
Directions
- Preheat your Gateway Drum to 300℉. 
- Cut the chickens in half and remove the spine. 
- Mix the Rise & Brine Marinade with water and shake. Inject chicken halves from the backside (about 2 syringes in each half). Place hanger hook under each breastbone. 
- Season chicken with Cajun Bayou Seasoning, All In Seasoning, or preferred seasoning of choice to taste. 
- Hang in drum for 20-30 minutes then rotate to other side (for an even cook). Let cook for 45 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 150-175℉.
