                      Grilled Baby New Potatoes

With a little smoke and bacon you can wow the crowd with some spuds on the Gateway!
Ingredients
- 
2 lb. Baby New Potatoes, Cleaned 
- 
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
- 
2 tsp. Minced Fresh Rosemary Leaves 
- 
                
4 tsp. Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning 
- 
5 Bacon Strips (We choose Blues Hog Sizzle!) 
Directions
- Prepare the Gateway Drum for medium heat, or 350ºF - 450ºF. 
- In a small bowl, combine oil, rosemary, and Bold & Beefy Seasoning. Pour over potatoes and stir to coat evenly. 
- Pour potatoes into the grill basket. Lay strips of Sizzle Bacon across the top of the potatoes. 
- Place grill basket in drum and close the lid. Cook until tender and brown on all sides, around 15-20 mins.
