Ingredients
- 
4 (12-16 oz.) Butterflied Trout 
- 
2 cups Cubed Bread 
- 
                
1 tbsp. Blues Hog High Flyin’ Chicken Seasoning 
- 
                
¼-1 cup Blues Hog Rise & Brine Marinade 
- 
½ Medium Red Onion, Sautéed in butter 
- 
½ Orange, peeled and cubed 
- 
Sliced Lemon & Lime (for garnish) 
- 
                
Blues Hog Cajun Bayou Seasoning - to taste 
- 
6 oz. Fresh Crab Meat 
- 
Salt & Pepper - to taste 
- 
1 Green Onion, Diced 
Directions
- In a large bowl, place all ingredients (minus fish and garnish) and stir until well combined. 
- Open each butterflied trout, place a scoop of the crab mixture, and close. Tie with string down the body (approximately 3 times).
