2 lbs. Chicken Wings
Blues Hog Original Dry Rub Seasoning
½ cup Butter (melted)
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
Mix up your butter, honey, and sriracha in one large bowl.
Cut your chicken into drums and flats and toss them in some Original Dry Rub Seasoning.
Get your Gateway Drum running at 300ºF-325ºF and place your chicken on the middle rack.
After 30 minutes, give your wings a flip and put the lid back on your Gateway.
After an additional 30 minutes make sure the wings are a nice golden color and starting to bubble just slightly under the skin.
Transfer the wings to the large bowl of sauce for a toss and enjoy!
