Ingredients

Pre-Made Pizza Dough OR Follow our Homemade Dough Recipe

Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce 
- 
1 Bag Mozzarella Cheese Blend 
- 
1 Package Blues Hog Burnt Ends 
- 
                
Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce 
- 
1 Red Onion, Finely Chopped 
- 
Grape Tomatoes, Halved 
- 
Green Onions, Finely Chopped 
- 
6-8 Fresh Jalapeños 
- 
                
Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning 
Directions
- Fire up drum to 400℉. 
- Spread Smokey Mountain over dough in a circular motion until covered. 
- Add cheese blend to desired amount. 
- Slice Burnt Ends into smaller, bite-sized pieces and layer over cheese, followed by jalapeños, red onions, green onions, and tomato slices. Dust with a layer of Truffle & Chop Seasoning.
