                      Bold & Beefy Grilled Tomahawk Ribeye

Ingredients
- 
3-4 lb. Tomahawk Ribeye (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!) 
- 
                
¼ cup Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning 
- 
1 can Duck Fat Spray 
- 
1 stick Unsalted Butter 
- 
5-6 Garlic Cloves, Peeled 
- 
1-2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
Directions
- Fire up your Gateway Drum to 400℉ (for sear). 
- Spray the tomahawk ridge with duck fat spray or brush with olive oil. 
- Season generously with Bold & Beefy Seasoning. 
- Place on the Gateway to sear for 3-4 minutes, flip and repeat on other side. 
- Remove tomahawk from sear and cool drum to 300℉. 
- Place the stick of butter, garlic cloves, olive oil, and 1 tbsp. of Bold & Beefy rub in an aluminum pan over heat and melt. Stir to combine. 
- Place the tomahawk on the Gateway and use a brush to baste it with mixture from the aluminum pan, generously coating until internal temperature reaches 125-135℉ for medium rare, 145℉ for medium rare, or 160℉ for well done. 
- Once the steak reaches the desired temperature, remove from the Gateway and place under a tented sheet of aluminum foil to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
