- 2 lbs baby new potatoes 1½-2” in diameter, cleaned
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 4 tsp Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning
- 5 strips of bacon
Prepare drum for medium heat, 350º - 450º.
In a small bowl, combine oil, rosemary, and Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning. Poor over potatoes and stir to coat evenly.
Pour potatoes into grill basket. Lay strips of bacon across the top of the potatoes.
Place grill basket in drum and close the lid. Cook until tender and brown on all sides 15-20 mins.
Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving bowl.
